- Added invocation insight support for curated recommendations on what to change in a single build invocation.
- Added profile trend support for cross-build Bazel JSON trace profile analysis.
- Expanded bottleneck classification across process, analysis, queue, fetch, upload, output download, cache check, and client resource categories.
- Updated slow-build playbooks and intent routing so invocation insights and profile trends are easier to invoke from AI workflows.
- Added a self-hosted MCP URL override through HERMETIQ_MCP_URL, so customers running Hermetiq in their own infrastructure can point the plugin at their deployment without editing plugin configuration.

Self-hosted Hermetiq availability
Hermetiq now offers a self-hosted option for customers that need to run build intelligence in their own cloud environment.
- Self-hosted deployments can run in customer-controlled infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Customers can connect Hermetiq MCP integrations to their own deployment endpoint.
- This option supports organizations with stricter data residency, network, security, or procurement requirements.

SOC 2 compliance program in progress
Hermetiq is working toward SOC 2 compliance to support enterprise security and trust requirements.
- Current work includes documenting security and privacy controls, operational procedures, and compliance evidence.
- Hermetiq is continuing to formalize customer-facing trust practices as the product and deployment options mature.
